How To Order:

There are several ways to order from Underground Station:

Online - When you see what you want, select the size and quantity you'd like and click on the "add to basket" button. Continue shopping and adding items to your basket until you're ready to complete your purchase. When you're ready to checkout, click on the "Checkout" button.

By Phone - Call us toll free at 1-866-316-0847 or 866-3160-UGS (para español 1-866-322-9099) and order directly from one of our customer service reps. We're here 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (para español 9am to 6pm CST).

By Fax - You can fax your orderform to: 615-367-7384

In Store - Shop at any of our stores throughout the U.S. To find a store near you, check out our store locator.



Sales Tax:

Sales tax applies to the state where the merchandise is being shipped. Since Underground Station is registered to conduct business throughout the United States, sales tax must be added to your order at your local sales tax rate, where applicable.

For tax exempt customers, please call us 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (para español 9am to 6pm CST) - to place your order by phone. You will be required to fax a copy of your tax exemption document to our customer service department before your order can be released for shipment.

Canceling An Order:

Once your order has been submitted and processed, it CAN NOT be cancelled or changed at any time for any reason. Please wait to receive your merchandise, and then follow the return instructions on the reverse side of your invoice. We will issue a credit to your account in the original form of payment less applicable shipping charges.

Payment Information:

Underground Station accepts all major credit cards. When placing an order with a credit card, we must be able to verify the billing and shipping addresses with your credit card company. If for any reason we are unsuccessful, your order will be canceled and you will be notified by email.

We DO NOT accept CASH, C.O.D. orders, or gift cards other than Underground Station gift cards, including visa/mastercard and mall gift cards. Note: Underground Station gift cards are currently not redeemable online, however, if you would like to use your Underground Station gift card as payment, we would be happy to take your order over the phone. Please call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-866-316-0847 ((para español 1-866-322-9099) to place your order.

Returns and Exchanges:

We will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise with receipt within 30 days. Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of the merchandise before wearing. You may return the unworn merchandise by either shipping it back to us in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt, or returning it to a retail store near you. Some orders can not be returned to stores. See Web Only Returns below.

Shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you choose to exchange an item you will not be charged additional shipping and handling. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to be received, processed and to appear on your credit card statement.

WEB ONLY Returns and Exchanges:

WEB ONLY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Underground Station stores will NOT accept Web Only product refunds, or returns. You may return Web Only product by using the provided Return Shipping Label found in your order, for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you choose to exchange an item you will not be charged additional shipping and handling. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground.

We guarantee all products against manufacturers' defects for 30 days. We reserve the right determine whether merchandise is defective and to repair or replace defective merchandise if necessary.



Order History:

Undergroundstation.com can keep track of what you have ordered online with us in the past. All you have to do is setup an account! Just go to My Account, login and we will walk you through the steps if you are a new account member, or select the link to View Order History. Be sure to include your password recovery hint in case you forget your password. We do not have access to your account and password information.
